Beacon Collective is being built territory by territory: one local market, one carefully vetted real-estate expert, and a personal, papered introduction when a client chooses to request one.

A territory page is a place page. It explains how Beacon works in that market and gives people a direct route to ask for help at either end of a move. It is not a claim that a local expert has already been seated. When a territory’s expert has completed vetting and the referral paperwork is in place, that expert’s profile is added to the territory page.

How a Beacon introduction works

  1. Tell us about the move. Share both ends, your timing, and what kind of help you need.
  2. Review the local expert. When a vetted expert is seated for a territory, you can review the profile and decide whether to request an introduction.
  3. Start with paperwork in place. The introduction is documented before the local expert begins work, so the relationship starts clearly.
